- Individual guest agreements: Hosts can set different dates and contribution terms for each guest. Guests review and accept the agreement that applies to them; household guidelines remain shared.
- External payment options: Hosts can share payment details or links through Stay details. Guests pay the host directly outside Kouchd.
- Payment reminder updates: Reminder information now reflects the due date, accepted grace period, late-fee terms, and current ledger. Email and optional SMS remain controlled by separate saved preferences.
- More control over reminders: Email and SMS are separate preferences. SMS requires a mobile number and an explicit opt-in, with message-rate, frequency, STOP, and HELP details shown before you subscribe.
- Clearer help for shared stays: Host and guest guides now explain agreements, household contributions, privacy, and the fact that payments happen outside Kouchd.
- Notification guidance: Added steps for changing reminder preferences and opting out of texts.
