House Rules

Living together peacefully requires mutual respect for shared spaces. In your stay terms, you can establish:
  • Quiet Hours: Define hours when music, calls, and television must be quieted.
  • Kitchen Cleanliness: Expected turnaround for doing dishes and cleaning stovetops.
  • Guests & Visitors: Whether overnight visitors require advance notice or approval.
  • Smoking & Vaping: Clear designations on outdoor-only or smoke-free premises.

Shared Chores

The Chores tab provides a shared task board where both host and guest can view and assign responsibilities:
  • Assignee Types: Host, Guest, or Shared.
  • Due Dates: Displays relative countdowns (e.g. “Due tomorrow”).
  • Completed Log: Completed tasks are marked with completion timestamps, maintaining a healthy, visible record of mutual effort.
