- Local Tenancy Laws: Users should consult local municipal laws regarding extended guest stays, subletting, and residential guest occupancy limits.
Versioning & Immutability
- All stay terms are versioned (
v1,v2, etc.). - A host cannot modify rates, due dates, or rules without creating a new terms version.
- Any new version requires explicit co-signing by both the host and the guest before taking effect.
