Keep the record clear
Use Home for household updates and confirmed contribution progress. Use Ledger for agreed contributions, logged payments, and running balances. Chores keeps shared tasks visible, and Stay contains agreement, household, and host-provided payment details.Outside payments & shared records: Each guest has a separate agreement and private ledger. Kouchd records contributions made outside the app; it does not collect or process payments.
